I began my practice of yoga at home, after a difficult period in life and searching for answers that no one could give me. It was the beginning of a change of lifestyle and although practicing only the asanas (postures) to start, I instantly started to feel the benefits. From there, my curiosity grew, changing my outlook on life and my onward journey to find myself.

Deciding to leave a “secure job” in the UK (at one of the busiest airports in the world) to move to Italy, was a step towards living my dream – to study, practice and finally teach yoga. In 2012, on a recommendation from a fellow yoganini and Hatha Yoga teacher, I took myself off to Yoga vidya Gurukul, Nashik, India to complete my 200hr teacher training course. I returned the following year to complete my advanced training and I continue to return to India and attend workshops in Europe to quench my thirst and expand my knowledge of yoga.

I am certified with one of the biggest and most recognised yoga organisations around the globe "Alliance" and can teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. But yoga isn’t just something I want to do, it’s something that I strive to live. In a highly intense and fast paced world that we live in, yoga is my tool for dealing with daily and life challenges and it keeps me in the here and now.
My aim is to encourage those that have preconceptions of yoga, to become curious. I want to assist people of all ages and abilities in achieving their personal wellness goals through asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditation.

All of my classes have a mindful approach, an awareness on the breath, with the aim to help you reconnect with the body, to still the mind and feed the soul.
I use a combination of practices to give the benefits of regulating the body’s natural stress response system, increasing mental clarity, creating awareness between thoughts and reactions, strengthening and improving the cardiovascular, organic, endocrine and nervous systems, increasing flexibility, muscle and joint strength and overall endurance, while detoxifying and cleansing the body, allowing for a deeper sense of peace and a harmonious unity of mind and body.
With my love of mother earth, walking and spending time outdoors in nature, Sicily’s climate and landscapes gives me the possibility of this lifestyle.

As a bi-lingual, freelance yoga teacher, I offer occassional yoga retreats in the beautiful hills of Mastrissa or I can come to you at a place and time that suits your busy life and schedule.
